Description: HEP Genius is a platform designed for physical therapists to create and share home exercise programs (HEPs) with their patients.

Ownership: Users who purchase a package have the right to create unlimited HEPs. However, they cannot profit from access to these programs. A full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.

User Data: We collect and store user data including name, email, and payment information. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your privacy is important to us, and we handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://hepgenius.com/privacy-policy.

Protected Health Information (PHI): User data, including PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, per HIPAA guidelines.
